REILLY, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 18 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On October 11, 2022, plaintiff filed his sixth, nearly identical motion for a preliminary 20 injunction. ECF No. 73. The undersigned’s recommendation that the motion be denied is still 21 pending. ECF No. 75. Plaintiff has since filed an additional three motions for preliminary 22 injunction that are once again nearly identical in substance to the previous motions. ECF Nos. 76, 23 78, 81. On October 14, 2022, plaintiff filed a motion for appointment of counsel.
