17 18 Respondent has filed a notice of request to seal a statement listing documents protected by 19 this Court’s October 5, 2007 Protective Order (Doc. 227), that he released to representatives of the 20 Kern County District Attorney’s Office. (See Doc. 418.) Respondent has submitted to the Court 21 for sealing the underlying request to seal documents, the statement listing the protected documents 22 released to the district attorney representatives, and a proposed order. Respondent asserts these 23 documents must be sealed because public disclosure is restricted by the Protective Order. (Id. at 1.) 24 Petitioner’s counsel has not opposed or otherwise responded to Respondent’s sealing request, 25 and the time for doing so has passed. See E. D. Cal. Local…
