On November 14, 2022, 21 Plaintiffs filed the instant motion seeking a 120-day extension in the time to complete fact 22 discovery, and a corresponding four-month extension in the time to oppose Defendants’ motion 23 for summary judgment. (Doc. 80). In the motion, Plaintiffs first contend that they need 24 additional time to depose two named defendants and a percipient witness.
