On June 14, 18 2022, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia granted Plaintiff’s motion 19 to transfer this case to this Court. (See Docs. 99‒100.) On September 7, 2022, the Court issued a 20 minute order directing the parties to file a joint scheduling report seven (7) days prior to the initial 21 scheduling conference set for November 29, 2022, before the undersigned. (Doc. 103.)
