MAYR, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this action under 42 U.S.C. §1983. 18 Before the court are plaintiff’s complaint for screening and plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma 19 pauperis. Plaintiff submitted a declaration that makes the showing required by 28 U.S.C. 20 §1915(a). Accordingly, the request to proceed in forma pauperis will be granted. For the reasons 21 set forth below, this court finds plaintiff states no cognizable claims for relief and will grant 22 plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint. 23 IN FORMA PAUPERIS 24 Plaintiff has submitted a declaration that makes the showing required by 28 U.S.C. 25 §1915(a).
