Wasatch Advantage Group, LLC, et al., 1S Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiffs are tenants who receive rental assistance through the federally subsidized 18 | Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. They claim defendant lessors improperly charged 19 | plaintiffs, as well as the class members they represent, for additional services and required them 20 | to purchase renter’s insurance.
