See First Am. Comp. 24 (“FAC”) ¶ 69, ECF No. 8. Thereafter, Lux Global Auto Sales 25 voluntarily dismissed its claim against Defendants without 26 prejudice. See Stipulation of Dismissal, ECF No. 11. Velarde 27 (“Plaintiff”) maintained her claims and Defendants filed a motion 28 to dismiss and request for judicial notice.
