16 17 Plaintiff Eric Buterbaugh (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action in state court against 18 Defendants Barclays Bank Delaware (“Barclays”), Equifax Information Services LLC 19 (“Equifax”), Experian Information Solutions, Inc.
