This matter was referred to the undersigned 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On May 18, 2020, Petitioner filed the instant habeas petition challenging a Fresno County 21 Superior Court conviction for multiple felonies. As discussed below, the Court finds the claims 22 to be without merit and recommends the petition be DENIED. 23 I.
