17 18 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 19 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On November 1, 2022, the undersigned dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with 20 leave to amend. (ECF No. 11.) On November 17, 2022, plaintiff filed an amended complaint. 21 (ECF No. 16.) For the reasons stated herein, the amended complaint is dismissed with leave to 22 file a second amended complaint. 23 The only named defendant is Yolo County. In claim one, plaintiff alleges that on April 6, 24 2022, he was booked into the Yolo County Jail. (Id. at 3.) Plaintiff alleges that he was forced to 25 wear a smock that reeked of urine. (Id.)
