21 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Mary Sarah Kimball’s (“Plaintiff”) complaint 22 for judicial review of an unfavorable decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security 23 Administration regarding her application for Supplemental Security Income.1 The parties have 24 consented to entry of final judgment by the United States Magistrate Judge under the provisions 25 of 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1) with any appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. (ECF No. 26 9). 27
