(ECF No. 1). 20 On November 23, 2022, the parties filed a stipulation requesting to supplement the 21 certified administrative record with information relating to plaintiff’s medical condition that was 22 previously submitted to the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration. (ECF No. 23 18). The parties note the Appeals Council did not admit into the administrative record the 24 additional medical evidence submitted by Petitioner. Id. at 2.
