17 18 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with a petition for writ of 19 habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. 20 Petitioner filed his petition in this Court on July 4, 2022.1 (Doc. 1.) On September 26, 2022, 21 Respondent filed a motion to dismiss contending that the petition violates the statute of limitations. 22 (Doc. 11.)
