17 18 19 On August 22, 2022, plaintiff S.G.P., a minor, by and through her guardian ad litem 20 Clarissa Parks, instituted this action by filing a petition for a minor’s compromise of “claims 21 arising under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), the Americans with 22 Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”), and any 23 other known or unknown claims arising out of Plaintiff’s educational program.” (Doc.
