17 18 Petitioner is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. He is currently in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) 20 at the United States Penitentiary in Atwater, California. All parties having consented to the 21 jurisdiction of the magistrate judge, on November 8, 2022, the Court issued an order reassigning 22 the case to the undersigned for all purposes, including entry of final judgment. See 28 U.S.C. § 23 636(c). 24 Petitioner challenges seven (7) separate disciplinary hearings in which he was found 25 guilty of violating various BOP Codes.
