15 Defendant. 16 17 Adrian Garcia (Plaintiff) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant) denying his application for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Income benefits for lack of disability. (ECF No. 1). The matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, which is submitted on the parties’ briefs without need for oral argument. (ECF Nos. 26, 27). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court affirms the Commissioner’s decision.
