15 Defendant. 16 17 18 Adrian Garcia (Plaintiff) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of 19 Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant) denying his application for Social Security 20 Disability Insurance and Supplemental Income benefits for lack of disability. (ECF No. 1). The 21 matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, which is submitted on 22 the parties’ briefs without need for oral argument. (ECF Nos. 26, 27). For the reasons set forth 23 herein, the Court affirms the Commissioner’s decision.
