15 Respondent. (Doc. Nos. 1, 8) 16 17 Petitioner Roger Saesee is a state prisoner proceeding in propria persona with a petition 18 for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Doc. No. 1. On October 26, 2022, the 19 magistrate judge assigned to the case issued findings and recommendations to dismiss the petition 20 because it is successive. Doc. No. 8. These findings and recommendations were served on all 21 parties and contained notice that any objections were to be filed within fourteen days from the 22 date of service of that order.
