(ECF No. 1). 20 On March 5, 2019, the Honorable Magistrate Judge Jennifer L. Thurston issued findings and 21 recommendations that Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 19) be granted through the exercise 22 of Younger abstention. (ECF No. 21). On May 3, 2019, the Honorable District Judge Anthony W. 23 Ishii issued an order adopting the findings and recommendations and judgment in favor of 24 Respondent.
