At all relevant times, Plaintiff was housed 21 at California State Prison–Corcoran. This action proceeds on the following claims: (1) a First 22 Amendment retaliation claim against Thompson, Houston, Schomaker, Cristales, and Hackworth; 23 (2) an Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claim against Thompson, Houston, Schomaker; 24 (3) an Eighth Amendment medical indifference claim against Rabino-Burns, Cristales, and Perez; 25 and (4) an Eighth Amendment excessive force claim…
