TRATE, Warden, 15 Respondent. 16 17 18 19 Petitioner Fausto Diaz-Lozano, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for 20 writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 on August 15, 2022. (Doc. No. 1, “Petition”). On 21 November 14, 2022, Petitioner filed a pleading titled “Supplemental and Exhibits in Support of 22 Motion for Petition,” now pending before the Court. (Doc. No. 9). The Supreme Court has 23 instructed federal courts to liberally construe the “inartful pleading[s]” of pro se litigants. See 24 Boag v. MacDougall, 454 U.S. 364, 365 (1982). The Court construes Petitioner’s “Supplemental 25 and Exhibits in Support of Motion for Petition” as a Motion to Supplement the Petition. 26 The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may be applied to habeas proceedings to the extent 27 such rules are not…
