12 (ECF No. 31) Defendant. 13 14 On October 20, 2022, Attorney Young Cho, counsel for Plaintiff Katherine Ashmore, 15 filed a motion for an award of attorney’s fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). (ECF No. 31). Plaintiff 16 and the Commissioner of Social Security were each served with a copy of the motion. (Id. at 1-2, 17 24). Plaintiff has not filed any response to the motion. On November 18, 2022, the Commissioner 18 filed a response providing analysis regarding the fee request but taking no position on its 19 reasonableness. (ECF No. 34). 20 For the reasons set forth below, the motion for an award of attorney’s fees is GRANTED 21 in the amount of $20,569, with counsel reimbursing Plaintiff for any $5,600 in fees received 22 pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. §…
