The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge as provided 19 by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On October 19, 2022, the magistrate judge 20 filed findings and recommendations recommending the court deny plaintiff’s application to 21 proceed in forma pauperis and direct plaintiff to pay the filing fee of $402.00 for this action 22 within fourteen days.
