15 Defendants. 16 17 18 Before the Court is the parties’ Stipulation for Order Approving Private Attorneys General 19 Act (PAGA) Settlement, filed on September 27, 2022. (ECF No. 29). On the same day, Plaintiffs’ 20 Attorney Karl Gerber filed a Declaration in support of the stipulated Order Approving PAGA 21 Settlement. (ECF No. 30). Having considered the stipulated motion and the supporting 22 documentation, for the reasons set forth below, the Court approves the settlement agreement. 23 BACKGROUND 24 On June 29, 2020, Plaintiffs filed a complaint against Defendant, FMC Technologies 25 Integrated SVCS (FMC).
