Pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of the 19 October 20, 2022 order granting defendant’s motion to compel.1 (ECF No. 124.) Also pending is 20 plaintiff’s motion for extension of time to provide defendant with supplement responses to 21 request for production of documents nos. 2-5, 9-11. 22 For the reasons stated herein, plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration is denied and 23 plaintiff’s motion for extension of time is granted. 24 //// 25 //// 26 //// 27
