ORDER 14 KATHLEEN ALLISON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a former state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil 18 rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently pending before the court are 19 defendant’s motion to revoke plaintiff’s in forma pauperis (IFP) status, plaintiff’s motion and new 20 affidavit to proceed IFP, and defendant’s motion to dismiss based on plaintiff’s fraudulent IFP 21 application. ECF Nos. 40, 46, 48. All of the motions have been fully briefed by the parties. See 22 ECF Nos. 43, 47, 48, 51, 52. For the reasons explained in further detail below, the court grants 23 defendant’s motion to dismiss this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(A) and denies the 24 remaining motions as moot. 25 I.
