In his summary judgment motion, plaintiff contends the Administrative Law Judge erred in: (A) resolving the opinions of two of plaintiff’s doctors regarding his physical and mental impairments; and (B) disregarding plaintiff’s pain testimony. Plaintiff seeks a remand for a grant of benefits or for further proceedings. The Commissioner opposed, filed a cross-motion for summary judgment, and seeks affirmance.
