(Doc. 33) 16 17 On October 19, 2022, following a show cause hearing, the assigned magistrate judge 18 issued findings and recommendations recommending that this action be dismissed for failure to 19 obey court orders and for failure to prosecute. (Doc. 33.) The findings and recommendations 20 were served on plaintiffs and contained notice that any objections thereto were to be filed within 21 fourteen (14) days after service. (Id.)
