19 Findings and Recommendations 20 INTRODUCTION 21 Plaintiff Darlene Huertaz (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 22 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying her application for disability insurance 23 benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. The matter is currently before the Court on the 24 parties’ briefs, which were submitted, without oral argument, to Magistrate Judge Barbara A. 25 McAuliffe for issuance of findings and recommendations. 26
