14 JEFF LYNCH, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action seeking relief 18 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 19 § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On December 1, 2022, the undersigned recommended that this action be dismissed based 21 on plaintiff’s failure to respond to the November 1, 2022 order to show cause. On December 5, 22 2022, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration of the November 1, 2022 order to show cause 23 why plaintiff should not be required to pay the court’s filing fee. Such filing was dated 24 November 4, 2022. On December 12, 2022, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration and 25 objections to the findings and recommendations.
