ORDER 14 ALDANA RAMIREZ, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff, a county jail inmate proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action seeking 18 relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 19 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. This case was closed on November 21, 2022, without 20 prejudice. ECF Nos. 7-9 (findings and recommendations; judgment and order, respectively). 21 Before this court is plaintiff’s motion to reopen this matter. ECF No. 10. The court 22 construes the filing as a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) motion for reconsideration of the 23 judgment and order that closed this case.
