17 I. INTRODUCTION Before the Court is Plaintiff Armando Zavala’s motion to amend the complaint, filed June 29, 2022 (Doc. 95) and amended on June 30, 2022 (Doc. 99). Defendant GreatBanc Trust Company (“GreatBanc”) does not oppose Plaintiff’s request to amend the complaint. (See Doc. at 2.) Defendants Kevin Kruse, the Kruse-Western, Inc.
