17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in this action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 12, 2022, the court screened plaintiff’s amended complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A and found that plaintiff’s complaint contained significant portions that were illegible and scattershot allegations in violation of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8. ECF No. 25. The court granted plaintiff leave to file a second amended complaint, but plaintiff failed to do so within the time granted by the court. Thus, on June 16, 2022, the court recommended that the district judge dismiss the case. ECF No. 26.
