Petitioner is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner was convicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Petitioner is incarcerated at the U.S. Penitentiary in Atwater, California. Petitioner filed his first federal habeas petition in the Sacramento Division of this Court on April 18, 2022.
