16 Defendants. 17 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s request to seal documents pursuant to Local Rule 141, filed on December 21, 2022. (Doc. No. 86). Defendants did not submit an opposition under Local Rule 141(c). Pursuant to Local Rule 141(b), Plaintiff requests the Court to seal the documents identified as “Exhibit A” referend in it motion to supplement the record. (Doc. No. 86 at 1). Plaintiff requests that these documents be filed and remain under seal in this Court because Defendants had designated them “confidential.” (Id. at 2).
