Background Plaintiff’s Claims This action proceeds on plaintiff’s complaint against defendants Correctional Officer Joseph and Sergeant Spaulding. Plaintiff alleges that during the months of August-October 2020, defendant Joseph sexually harassed/assaulted plaintiff and defendant Spaulding failed to intervene.
