18 19 Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this civil action. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to set aside this Court’s order deeming requests for admissions admitted pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 7(b)(1)(B). See ECF No. 50-1.
