Nos. 580, 590) 17 INTRODUCTION This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration of the court’s November 8, 2022 order granting in part defendants’ motions for partial summary judgment. (Doc. No. 590.) On January 12, 2023, defendants filed an opposition to the pending motion, and on January 24, 2023, plaintiffs filed a reply thereto. (Doc. Nos. 595, 596.) On January 25, 2023, plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration was taken under submission on the papers. (Doc. No. 597.)
