On December 29, 2022, the Court screened the complaint and granted Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint or a notice of voluntary dismissal within thirty days. (ECF No. 10.) Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s request for an extension of time to file an amended complaint, filed January 27, 2023. (ECF No. 11.)
