18 I. INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to continue the scheduling conference and stay of discovery. (ECF No. 168.) Plaintiffs did not timely file an opposition. Having considered the moving papers and the Court’s file, the Court finds this matter suitable for decision without oral argument and the parties will not be required to appear on February 21, 2023.
