Michael Anderton, Joe Anderton, and Teresa Fazio allege Covenant Living West dba Brandel Manor, a nursing home, neglected and deliberately disregarded the health and safety of their mother, Brandel resident and decedent Dallene Roccaro. (See generally Doc. 1-1.) Individually and as heirs and successors-in-interest to Ms. Roccaro, Plaintiffs filed state law claims for elder abuse, violation of patient rights, negligence, and wrongful death against Defendants.
