STOREY HOTEL MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC d/b/a THE AMESWELL HOTEL, a Delaware limited liability company, et al., 16 Defendants. 17 Flor Jimenez (“Plaintiff”) filed her First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) against Storey Hotel Management Group, LLC, and various fictitious persons (collectively “Defendants”) alleging violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”). See Compl., ECF No. 1; First Am. Compl. (“FAC”), ECF No. 12. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss (“motion”)—which includes a request for judicial notice—asking the Court to dismiss Plaintiff’s FAC entirely.
