FOURTEEN (14) DAYS I. BACKGROUND Edward Vincent Ray, Jr. (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on February 2, 2023. (ECF No. 1.) The Court finds that this case is duplicative of another pending case filed by Plaintiff on November 21, 2022, and therefore recommends that this case be dismissed. II.
