No. 14.) On February 27, 2023, plaintiff’s motion was taken under submission on the papers. (Doc. No. 17.) For the reasons set forth below, the court will grant plaintiff’s motion to remand. BACKGROUND On May 13, 2022, plaintiff Michael Stoddart filed a lawsuit against defendants Heavy Metal Iron, Inc. (“HMI”), Daniel Bong, and Does 1 through 50 in the Solano County Superior Court. (Doc.
