RODRIGUEZ, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the court are plaintiff’s motions for clarification and for extension of time to file a reply to defendants’ opposition to plaintiff’s motion for clarification. (ECF No. 325, 329.) Also pending is the request for sanctions filed by defendants Barton, etc. (ECF Nos. 327.) For the reasons stated herein, plaintiff’s motions for clarification and for extension of time are denied, and the undersigned recommends that defendants’ motion for sanctions be denied.
