17 On February 28, 2023, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement. (ECF No. 12.) On March 1, 2023, the Court issued an order requiring the parties to file dispositional documents on or before March 21, 2023. (ECF No. 13.) The deadline to file dispositional documents has now expired and the parties have not done so, nor requested an extension of time from the Court.
