(See generally Doc. 23.) The Court issued an order to show cause regarding Plaintiff’s standing in this action. (Doc. 60) to which Plaintiff responded on February 21, 2023. (Doc. 61.) For the reasons set forth below, the case is DISMISSED. I. Background and Allegations Plaintiff alleges six parcels of real property owned by Pacific Real Estate Holdings, Inc. were never sold, although the records reflect otherwise. (Doc. 23.)
