20 This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s renewed motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement and conditional certification of settlement class filed on January 30, 2023. (Doc. 80.) The matter is unopposed (see Docket) and shall be submitted on the papers. See E.D. Cal. Local Rule 230(g). Accordingly, the hearing on the motion set for March 29, 2023, will be vacated.
