13 14 Plaintiff Cleveland Evans (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint, and Plaintiff was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff’s first amended complaint, filed on March 6, 2023, is currently before the Court for screening. (ECF No. 13.) I.
