Mr. Ochoa moved for remand, arguing Costco fails to establish the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000. As explained below, the court finds Costco has established it is more likely than not the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000; the court therefore denies Mr. Ochoa’s motion. 24 I.
