On March 1, 2023, the Court issued an order requiring the parties to file dispositional documents on or before March 21, 2023. (ECF No. 13.) On March 22, 2023, the Court issued an order to show cause why sanctions should not be imposed due to the parties failing to file dispositional documents by the deadline. (ECF No. 14.) On March 23, 2023, Plaintiff filed a response to the order to show cause, as well as a stipulation of dismissal of this action. (ECF Nos. 15, 16.)
